Join us for a session in our Village Bridge Workshop Series that is focused on preparing your heart, home, family, and friends for foster care. During our time, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from Foster Village Charlotte about what it looks like to build a trauma-informed space around you.

Leave the session with practical guidelines for your heart, home, family and friends as you engage the foster care system. Foster Village Charlotte is NOT a licensing agency, but our mission is to wrap around caregivers right from the start with support, resources, and connection.

Childcare will be provided in our Kids Cottage (ages 5+) with curriculum focused on teaching children a basic "what is foster care" as well as empathy building. (childcare space is limited)

This session is best for those that have decided to pursuing the licensing process, are in the licensing process, or have recently become a foster parent.
