Build the Village

Volunteer

Opportunities for individuals, groups, and businesses to make a difference for families

Opportunities

As children and caregivers navigate a messy child welfare system, our volunteers help bridge gaps and remind families that they are not alone through the ups and downs of foster care.

Volunteers put the “Village” in Foster Village, and we’d love to help you find your fit in this village of support.

Becky K., FVC Volunteer

“I’m grateful I can be a small part in the work you are doing. I told my office today that I was heading out on my lunch break to deliver welcome packs for a single foster mom. I’m a single mom…I can relate to a very small part of her journey.”

Being the village is the act of showing up. Let’s show up together.

Your support gives children experiencing foster care and the families caring for them the village of support they need to thrive.
