The emotional toll of compassion fatigue and secondary trauma while navigating a broken system can be overwhelming. Foster Village Charlotte connects families caring for children in care to each other and to ongoing, holistic support. We build a peer-driven community that is facilitated by licensed therapists and experts in the field. A comfortable place to connect with people who "get it".

Foster Village Charlotte bridges the gap between families in the child welfare system and those that want to help. Volunteers provide tangible support in various capacities including delivering welcome packs and providing event support.
